2. Service Description

MyLifeSoul (mylifesoul.com) provides personalized entertainment services in the form of psychic soulmate drawings and spiritual readings. Our services are intended for adults (18+) and are offered for entertainment and personal spiritual reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or relationship counseling.

3. Contract Formation

By completing our questionnaire and proceeding to payment, you make a binding offer to purchase our services. A contract is formed upon our confirmation email following successful payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable German VAT (19%). Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon contract formation. However, by explicitly requesting immediate service delivery, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. 6. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your soulmate sketch, you may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase by contacting support@mylifesoul.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Delivery

Your personalized soulmate sketch will be delivered to the email address provided within 24 hours of order completion. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All sketches, images, and content created by MyLifeSoul GmbH are protected by copyright. Sketches are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell the artwork without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyLifeSoul GmbH is not liable for decisions made based on our entertainment readings or sketches. Our services are for entertainment only. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for the service. This does not affect liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from intentional or grossly negligent breaches.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and, where required, by email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
